It is the first program of it’s kind providing:

Tailored, confidential, one-on-one mental health and wellbeing support for all team members.

Regular meetings and open communication with the Operations/Director Teams to address common concerns.

Access to majorly discounted Wellbeing, Mental Health, Self-Development & Professional Development Workshops.

A guaranteed response and booking time for your teams—something unique to an EAP service.

24/7 Access to a range of mental health and wellbeing resources platform specifically tailored to humans working in the industry.

Site Visits to ensure your teams are familiar with our incredible support team. Additionally, our Support Team Members can attend training sessions, inductions and meetings.

The one-on-one support offers a safe, non-judgmental space for team members to navigate life’s challenges, difficult emotions, lifestyle imbalances, relationship conflicts, confidence issues and SO MUCH MORE!

These counselling sessions are outdoors in a relaxed, non-clinical setting designed specifically for the hospitality community. Fresh air, sunshine and an open environment foster a sense of comfort and ease, making it easier for individuals to open up, feel heard and work through their challenges with clarity. (Our Support Team is also available for online support via phone/video calls).

The Wanderlust X Hospitality promise to your humans…

  • Provide a safe environment for you to offload, work through and overcome challenges.

  • NOT work through your challenges for you, but to work through them ALONGSIDE you.

  • Be available to provide you with three sessions per month and you will be able to schedule these in with a maximum of three days notice.

  • If you need a service that is more clinical and consistent than EAP Counselling, our team promises to refer you to a professional who is capable of and willing to support you the way you need to be supported.
