Mental Health in Hospitality Summit
The Mental Health in Hospitality Summit, which has successfully been run for four consecutive years, has been a game changer for the culture of Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Hospitality Industry in WA.
The first was run in 2021 at Si Paradiso and saw over 100 hospitality staff walk through the doors on the day. The second year, 2022, we ran the event at Tiny’s in the Perth CBD. In 2023, our Summit had a new home at Phat Brew Club and 2024 was hosted by the Crew form Sneakers and Jeans at Pirate Life.
Each of the Summits has resulted in more conversations, access to more resources, the upskilling of leaders in the industry and opportunities to push for better for the humans in the industry.

The Hospo Check In
The Most Comprehensive Study of the Mental Health & Wellbeing of the Hospitality Industry in WA.
After our first two years of the Hospo Check In, we have gained insight into the Mental Health & Wellbeing of The Hospitality Industry in Western Australia and are more motivated than ever to bring back the Check In for 2025!
The Hospo Check In is a Campaign to encourage the Hospitality Community to check in on their Mental Health, aiming to get as many individuals opting to check in via a Mental Health and Wellbeing Tool called One Million Lives (created by Psychologist; Peta Slocombe and Jacobs).
This is the MOST COMPREHENSIVE REAL TIME ASSESSMENT OF THE MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING OF HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY STAFF.
